In 2000, Izzy saw an opportunity to deliver a more customized, cost-effective solution for providing clients with Human Resources, Payroll Administration and Benefits support, and as a result, he founded HR Impact.

Mary-Kate supports our clients as an HR Generalist. She partners with our clients on the full employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, organization and employee development, employee relations, payroll and benefits.
