Melanie Barba HR Consultant

Melanie Barba is an HR Consultant at HR Impact. She supports clients by partnering with the internal team on key HR functions, including ERISA and HR compliance, and organizational development. She is skilled in managing special projects designed to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Prior to joining HR Impact, she held various HR roles, most recently serving as HR Manager at a busy property management company before being promoted to Senior Vice President. Melanie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Cobleskill.

In her free time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and cooking.
