Joseph Giardina HR and Benefits Coordinator

Joseph Giardina is an HR Benefits Coordinator at HR Impact, Inc., where he supports clients with benefits administration, managing employee relations, administering benefits packages, billing reconciliations and COBRA administration.

Joe earned his business degree with high honors from the University of Delaware, where he developed a strong foundation in business principles. He brings this foundation to the HR Impact team, along with hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and general HR support.

Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies, working out, cooking, and traveling.
