Izzy Kushner President

Since the inception of the Firm, Izzy has led the HR Impact team in establishing a partnership approach with each client, developing tailor-made arrangements to meet each organization’s unique and evolving needs.

Prior to creating HR Impact, Izzy was a Vice President at Compensation Resource Group and Regional Health and Welfare Practice Leader for Arthur Andersen, in New York. Izzy is a past President and member of the Board of Directors of HR/NY, the metro New York chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has served as the Chair of its Benefits Special Interest Group. Izzy has been an adjunct professor at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies, authored several articles on employee benefits and people strategy issues, and has been a speaker at industry seminars on various HR, compensation and benefits topics.
