Christie Foster HR Specialist

Christie Foster is an HR Specialist at HR Impact. She provides comprehensive support to our clients throughout the employee life cycle. She partners with clients on a range of functions, including recruiting, onboarding, organizational and employee development, employee relations, payroll, and benefits.

Prior to joining HR Impact, Christie worked as a Human Resource Business Partner in the finance industry. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Rutgers, with a focus on Strategic Human Resource Management.

In her free time, Christie enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing tennis, hiking, traveling, and cooking.
